As Business Administrator, Michael is responsible for managing a wide array of administrative duties to support all 1100 Group restaurants. His main duties include managing all aspects of finance, accounting, insurance, licensing, contracts, data, and providing general support for business operations.
Michael has held his current position with 1100 Group for more than 3 years and also has more than 10 years of experience working within the service industry. Before his current position, Michael had been working as a lead server at The Star on Park, an 1100 Group restaurant, from which he was recruited by ownership to join the 1100 Group operations team. This was an opportunity for Michael to utilize his college degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Michael is currently pursuing the completion of his master’s degree from San Diego State University. Michael is passionate about his work and habitually strives to be a strong contributor to the growth and success of 1100 Group as a thriving organization.
