Alexander has been a chef for over 16 years and has worked in several fine-dining restaurants as well as many corporate stores as well. He attended Le Cordon Bleu and the Culinary Institute of America. Alexander continues to develop his culinary knowledge by reading and practicing global cuisines. He joined 1100 Group in 2021. Alexander has an extreme fascination with cars, watches, and shoes. In his free time, he likes to refine his culinary skills as well as his mechanic skills.
