We have the best pay and benefits in the restaurant business:
- Assistant General Managers earn a base salary of $70,000-80,000.
- Medical/ Dental/ and Vision effective the first of the month after 30-days of employment.
We cover 100% of the cost of your Silver Tier medical Plan; optional dependent coverage and vision or dental coverage premiums will be deducted from your paychecks on a pre-tax basis.
Up to nine (9) paid sick days earned at a rate of one (1) hour for every thirty (30) hours worked and capped at forty-eight (48) OR seventy-two (72) hours. Sick leave begins at the time of hire and can be used once accrued and employed for ninety (90) days.
1 week (40) hours paid vacation accrued ratably throughout the year
$25.00 monthly stipend

We are opening more new restaurants across the Bay Area over the next couple years. That means we will need new Restaurant General Managers and new Assistant Managers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become a Restaurant General Manager within 18-24 months.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the execution of the brand daily
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters.
- Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and brand standards
- Assess and communicate the hiring needs of the store. Follow hiring processes for all employees according to mandatory guidelines.
- Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines
- Train employees professionally and profitably by applying company policies and procedures
- Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring. Administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement action plans.
- Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu items
- Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures
- Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store
- Record and organize store invoices
- Create weekly staff schedules to fit the scheduling forecast and needs of the restaurant
- Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.
- Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies and procedures
